Complete outsourcing

For companies that are not large enough to have their own customer services team, or do not have any complaint/claim handling expertise, we offer the option to completely outsource the customer services function.

This can be done on an overt or covert basis. Consensus acts as its clients' customer services department, without customers having to know that their complaints and enquiries have been outsourced.

One-off or overflow outsourcing

For businesses that already have their own customer services department, we offer an overflow service, where we are able to provide additional resource during seasonal/busy periods of high claim/complaint activity.

Advice, training, in-house assignments & general consultancy

We appreciate that not all of our clients' requirements are as straight-forward as simply outsourcing complaints.

Department, procedure and policy re-engineering is often necessary in order to create a good base from which to deal with customer complaints.

We offer training, advice and guidance on all issues customer service-related and are happy to carry out one-off assignments or spend time with our clients in-house, where necessary.
